You may need venture capital or help with raising working capital, or working out cash flow forecasts, budgets and business plans. Finance provided for Residential or Commercial property acquisition. For your first home, buy to lets, property portfolios, or development finance. Self Builders welcome. We do not usually charge a fee for mortgage introducton, but I do reserve the right to levy an administration fee of up to £1750. However you do have the option to pay a fee of 1.75% of the loan value and then you would receive any commission payable by the lender.
