11. Any purchases that are time dependent and contract bound and do not complete or attract penalties of any kind are not the responsibility of Propertyin28days.com/net.
12. All parties entering into finance applications through Propertyin28days.com/net introductions do so entirely at their own risk.
13. Propertyin28days.com/net will not be held responsible for any losses or damages arising as a result of using services or products introduced by Propertyin28days.com/net.
14. By completing a Non Disclosure Agreement and initial application form and paying any fees, it will be implied that you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
15. The initial application fee and any other fees paid are non-refundable if you decide not to proceed for any reason.
16. In the unlikely event the finance company withdraws from a deal prior to offer the applicant will be responsible for recovering fees paid to third parties.
17. We accept payment by cheque, bankers draft or bank transfer. All cheques/bankers drafts must be made payable to Zone Lets Clients Account Properties. We are unable to accept cash or debit and credit card payments directly.
18. If a client wishes to use their own choice of mortgage broker Propertyin28days.com/net reserves the right to charge a standard administration charge of £250 which will be due on application.
19. If a situation occurs when two people simultaneously reserve the same plot the plot will be allocated on a strictly first come first served basis. If you do not get your chosen plot we will contact you by telephone and offer you a choice of the remaining plots and if none are suitable, we will return your cheque to you un-cashed.
20. Reservation deposits will be held in a deposit account until exchange of contracts and if the developer withdraws from the deal all fees paid will be refunded. No interest shall accrue to client.

27. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us and if you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly.
28. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security polity and according to current UK Data Protection legislation.
29. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
